Apple has found success in other areas besides the iPhone. Their first hit was the iPod, which debuted in 2001 was followed by the iPhone, iPad, and numerous other products that have become best-sellers in their respective categories. Because of the numerous products Apple has released their iPhone sales have also benefited. Apple has become synonymous with simplicity and perfection, as evidenced by the simple yet sleek designs of virtually every product they produce. Other reasons for Apple’s immense success include their aggressive advertising campaigns, their signature Apple store locations, as well as the friendly and knowledgeable staff and customer service available in these stores. Apple is constantly innovating and redesigning their product line to stay ahead of the competition, which has allowed them to retain a large market share in the United States and around the world. Apple is showing no signs of slowing down, with new products scheduled to be launched in the near future.
